Terms of Use
Last updated 30 August 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and TotFuel. By creating an account or using the site you accept them, so please read them.
1. Who we are and how to reach us
This site is operated by TotFuel of United Kingdom. You can contact us at .
2. Important health notice — please read this first
TotFuel provides general information, not medical advice. The food entries, allergen guidance, recipes, articles and tracker are educational tools for parents and carers. They are not a diagnosis, a treatment plan, or a substitute for advice from your health visitor, GP, paediatrician or a registered dietitian, who know your child.
- Always follow the advice of your own healthcare professional if it differs from anything you read here.
- Speak to a professional before introducing allergens if your baby has eczema, a known allergy, a diagnosed condition, or a family history of food allergy.
- Babies must be supervised at all times while eating. Prepare food in a form appropriate to your baby’s age and stage, and follow current choking-risk guidance.
- Ages, portions and readiness signs vary from baby to baby. Treat everything on this site as a starting point for a conversation, not a rule.
If your baby is having an allergic reaction, struggling to breathe, or choking, stop using this site and call emergency services immediately (999 in the UK).
3. Your account
You need to be 18 or over to create an account. Give accurate details, keep your password to yourself, and tell us at if you think someone else has got into your account. Accounts are for one household — please don’t share your login. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
4. Subscriptions and payment
Some parts of TotFuel are free to browse. Full access to the foods database, tracker, recipes and articles requires a paid subscription. Our current plans are:
- Monthly — £12.00 every 1 month
- Quarterly — £30.00 every 3 months
- Bi-annual — £40.00 every 6 months
- Annual — £60.00 every 12 months
Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where it applies. The price shown on the pricing page at the time you subscribe is the price you pay for that term.
Renewals. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each term at the then-current price, until you cancel. We will tell you in advance if the price of your plan changes, and you can cancel before the change takes effect.
Paying without an account. You can pay at the checkout without registering first. We then create your account from the email address you give Stripe and email you a link to set your password. If that email already has a TotFuel account, the subscription is added to it and you simply log in as usual.
Cancelling. You can cancel at any time from the billing page in your account, or by emailing . Cancelling stops future payments; your access continues until the end of the term you have already paid for. Refunds are covered separately in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Failed payments. If a payment fails or is reversed, we may suspend access to paid features until it is settled.
5. What you may and may not do
You may use TotFuel for your own family’s personal, non-commercial use. You must not:
- copy, scrape, republish or resell our content, or use it to train a machine learning model;
- share your account, or give others access to paid content;
- try to break, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems;
- upload anything unlawful, abusive, or that infringes someone else’s rights;
- present our content as professional or medical advice to other people.
6. Content and intellectual property
The text, database, recipes, design and code of TotFuel belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and database rights. Your subscription gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use them while it is active — it does not transfer ownership of anything.
The content you enter — baby profiles, feeding logs, notes — stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it only so that we can provide the service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Availability of the service
We work to keep TotFuel available and accurate, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update, change or withdraw features, and we may carry out maintenance. If we permanently withdraw a paid feature that materially reduces what you are paying for, you can cancel and we will refund the unused part of your term.
8. Our responsibility to you
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by these terms.
Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable when you accepted these terms, for losses arising because you used the site for a business purpose, or for decisions about your child’s health, diet or care that you make on the basis of general information published here rather than on advice from a healthcare professional. Where we are liable, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Ending this agreement
You can close your account at any time from your profile page. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, that is used fraudulently, or where payment is not made. If we close your account without good reason, we will refund the unused part of your subscription.
10. Links to other sites
Where we link to other websites, we do so for information only. We do not control them and we are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms — for example to reflect changes to the service or the law. The date at the top of this page shows the current version. If a change materially affects you, we will tell you by email or on the site before it takes effect, and you can cancel if you do not accept it.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes may be brought before the courts of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you may bring proceedings in your own jurisdiction.
